my very first item is sold!

i am walking on cloud nine right now...YIPPIEEEEEE...my first afghan has sold! It is one of my favorites and i so enjoyed making this one! Everyone who saw me making it asked who it was for...i would answer "for Sale"...never got a nibble! I doubted if my afghans would sell on Etsy...and by gosh...one did!
The buyer is giving it to her Aunt as a gift! I sure hope her Aunt like it!

heading north for a bit

northwoods are so pretty and peacefull, and not to mention COLD! the temps up there have been worse then here, and more snow of course! Why am i going there? I was told there is a Bowling Event happening this weekend. and a certain little Man would like to bowl for me! He has style and very good technique. Auntie Kristin found this cool bowling rug and pin set, and he is very good at bowling! And i LOVE spending time with him! His Grandma and Grandpa are fun to spend time with too!

my first listings

I've gone and done it! I have listed my first 2 afghans on my Etsy store! I sure hope something happens...I do plan on adding a few scarves, and a few other items, as i can! Please wish me luck! Crossed fingers (but it's hard to crochet that way LOL )

i so want to make a few valentines things now! I must be in a crafting mood huh!

do you ever doubt your own work?

i have made many nice things...and give them away, as gifts! Seems like i can't make something to sell...and think it's good enough! it needs to be great! not perfect...but i MUST like it alot! or i doubt that it's good enough to sell!

new projects

i was over at my g/f's house the other day, when she invited me to go "shopping" in her attic/craft room! Omg! i can make tons of things up there! She has everything to craft anything with! lol I realy love the items she makes, and found one i want to sell on my first Etsy store thingy. LOL

i am hoping to seel many of her items as they are all so cool and handmade wonderfullness, right from her little fingers! Hope you enjoy them as much as i do! I guess now i will have to start writing interesting posts, so i can attract more readers huh! LOL Don't give me that much credit huh! I doubt myself more then i probably should. but oh well...life goes on....
